Pricing model

Marquesa is priced on a subscription plus usage basis. The subscription provides you with a log-in for both the web-browser interface and the internet client program. With your subscription you can perform an unlimited number of enquiries using known application numbers, and you can save and print trade mark details.

In addition to the subscription you pay for each search that you conduct using our search indexes to find marks by wordmark, proprietor, date, goods, etc. You do not pay for viewing, saving or printing the results of the searches. The same price is charged for word similarity searching as for normal searches, but a discount is given for searches of identical wordmarks.

The price per search depends on your usage, with the cost per search less when you use the service more. Large users can even obtain an unlimited subscription so that the additional cost per search is nil.
